What makes your scrub work so much better than the other's?

•    What makes this body scrub different than others is the Ultra Hydration oil. Once the layers have been removed the skin is exposed. Afiya’s Ultra Hydration oil protects vulnerable skin with its anti- fungal and anti bacterial properties. You skin glows from health and not gimmicks nor glitter. 

Do any of your products contain Palm Oil?

• Palm oil is a really important issue. Experts have said that the problem isn’t palm oil itself, but the irresponsible sourcing of palm oil which leads to deforestation; so Afiya Skincare has no products with palm oil at this time.

 

Does any of your products contain nuts or made in an evironment with nuts?

• Some of our products do contain nut oils and cannot guarantee that any of our products are not nut free, as they are not made in nut free factories; it is possible that all products could contain trace levels of nuts. Use at your own risk. We advise anyone concerned about an allergy seeks advice from their Doctor regarding which products they should use. 
  
  
• The ultra nourishing TigerOil blend does include Almond oil. 

Are there any other known allergens in your products? 

     •   Beeswax is included in “cream” products.

 

Does any of your products contain plastics or non-biodigradeables?

• No.

 

Are your products Non-Comedogenic or for Sensitive skin?

• Noncomedogenic products are specially formulated to not clog pores  and are suitable for oily skin.  Afiya Supply Co. has not been tested nor is it labeled so. All products are made with care, but can not be labeled "For Sensitive Skin" or "Non-Comedogenic." 

 

What is the refund policy?

• First, sorry that you would no longer need the quality product purchased from Afiya Co.. Within 7 days of purchase, simply contact us for a full Store credit. Shipping of replacement products are at the cost of the customer. 

 

How should I store my new purchases?

• At Afiya, we suggest that its soap are stored out of water in order to dry thouroughly. If using Afiya Lux you may want to purchase a crystal catcher for your bath drain. For the scrubs and oils- store away from heat and direct sunlight please. 

 

What is in your Soap?

• Sorbitol, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Myristate, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Glycerin are the basic ingredients in Afiya Co. soaps.
